Ref: 07385 | Permanent | Romford | £28000 - £32000 per Annum

Our client, an established yet dynamic Accountancy firm with offices across London and the South East, is seeking a Secretary to join the team in its Romford office.
Providing wide ranging secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Managers across all practice areas, amongst the responsibilities of the Secretary will be:
Preparing proposals and presentations
Drafting correspondence for approval by Partners
Managing Partners` diaries
Undertaking client set up to including AML procedures
Preparing bills and expenses
Wider administrative support such as assistance with the tax returns process
Secretary – What we`re looking for:
Previous Secretarial experience within Accountancy or Professional Services is essential
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with formatting reports and preparing table and spreadsheets
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
A proactive individual who can work on their own initiative when needed
