CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST

CITY OF LONDON

OFFICE BASED


Our client, a highly regarded investment management firm with an international profile, is seeking a dynamic, proactive Corporate Receptionist to join their busy team based in London.

Working alongside the head receptionist, the corporate receptionist will be responsible for:

Day to day management of the reception area ensuring that it`s tidy, clean, and orderly at all times.
Day to day management of the meeting rooms, ensuring that they are tidy and clean at all times.
Receive, screen, and direct all visitors to their appropriate meeting rooms providing refreshments when required.
Arrangement of taxi services for staff and visitors when required including the completion of logbooks for taxi services.
Ordering staff and client, breakfast, and lunches.
Back up support for ordering and supply of stationery and refreshments.
Back up support of office administration areas including kitchen facilities on occasions.
Answering incoming calls on digital telephone Zoom system, taking messages, screening, and directing calls and messages in an efficient and professional manner.

As a corporate receptionist – you will have the below experience:

Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills
Ability to interact effectively at all levels
Strong oral and presentation skills
Deadline conscious
Good decision making / problem solving skills
Self-motivated and self-starter.
Have at least 2 years corporate reception experience
Have catering experience
