Learning & Development Advisor

Ref: 07605 | Permanent | London | £35,000 - £45,000 per Annum

A dynamic, leading UK accountancy firm are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team based in London.



As the Learning & Development Advisor you will oversee the professional qualification process for all employee. You will also be responsible for overseeing compliance learning and elements of technical based learning.



As the Learning & Development Advisor you will:

Oversee the processes for professional qualifications for all individuals
Review individual requests and discuss each request with the Learning & Development Manager
Discuss the process of monitoring attendance and performance with the individual
Empower managers to support individuals through their professional qualifications and provide managers with advice and guidance
Understand the application process for professional qualifications and understand the requirements of our professional bodies, including CPD
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance training is delivered
Liaise with relevant client-facing MKS departments to identify fundamental technical training requirements
Organise external training providers or internal speakers for technical training
Liaise with the Technical team to provide support for the annual CPD timetable including liaising with external/internal speakers
Work with the Learning & Development Administrator to ensure the smooth administration of compliance and technical-based learning


Learning & Development Advisor – Skills required for this role:

Have previous experience within Professional Services
The ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive mindset and is confident working autonomously
Professional and confident with a can-do attitude and the ability to forge strong professional relationships
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Team-orientated approach
A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with individuals at all levels
