HR Administrator

Ref: 07117 | Temporary | City | £14.00 -15.00 per Hour

Our client, a highly regarded investment firm with an international profile, is seeking an HR Administrator to join its busy HR team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Providing wide-ranging administrative support to the HR team, amongst the responsibilities of the HR Administrator will be:
Supporting with the recruitment process, to include liaison with agencies, tracking CVs, and setting up assessments and interviews
Assisting with offer and new starter documentation
Setting up employment records
Assisting with rewards administration
Preparing training agreements and coordinating training evaluation
Updating employee records to include holiday and sickness absence
General admin support to the HR team as needed
Supporting with the organisation of company events

HR Administrator – what we`re looking for:
Previous experience as an HR Administrator with generalist exposure
Experience within the Financial Services industry would be preferred
Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of using HR software and psychometric testing
Accurate with a keen eye for detail
Deadline driven and able to work autonomously when needed
