Legal Administrator

Ref: 07448 | Permanent | London | £30000 per Annum

Our client, an established yet dynamic Accountancy firm with offices across London and the South East, are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant

Duties include but are not limited to:

Diary Management for the team and meeting room bookings.
Preparing of Letters of Engagement, running conflict checks, client set-up forms etc.
Simple first draft letters for approval/ amendment by other team members.
Will sewing.
Formatting documents through PDF, Kofax and Adobe sigN.
Preparing bills.
Relaying messages via e-mail.
Creation of client account payment forms and liaising with the accounts team regarding payments received.
General team and administration support

Legal Administrative Assistant – What we`re looking for:

Previous Legal experience within Legal, Accountancy or Professional Services is essential

Advanced MS Office skills

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied workload

A proactive individual who can work on their own initiative when needed
