ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TAX

An Administrative Assistant is required to join the Private Client tax team at a Romford based accountancy firm.
Our client is one of the UK`s leading firm of auditors, accountants and business advisers. They are seeking a Tax Administrator to join the team.
The role:
As Tax Administrator you will be responsible for delivering admin support to Partners and Managers across the Tax Department. Closely supporting a Tax Partner and local Private Client tax team, you will be predominantly based in Romford but may be required to support the wider team on occasion.
Tax Administrator key responsibilities:
Administration for the tax returns process
Drafting simple tax returns
Preparing letters of engagement, forms 64-8 and client set up forms for client creation and AML procedures
Preparing first draft letters for approval
Preparing proposals and presentations
Preparing bills
Completing general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, archiving
Arranging meeting rooms and refreshments
This is a great opportunity for a Tax Administrator with at least years` experience in a similar role. Experience working within a professional services environment is highly desirable, as is experience working in a Personal Tax/Private Client department.
