IT SUPPORT ANALYST
ROMFORD (WITH ROTATED WEEKS AT THE CITY OFFICE)
A well-established and highly successful accountancy firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the busy IT team.
Your new role:
Playing an essential role in keeping the business running on a daily basis, as an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support via telephone, in person, and tickets. As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will also be required to work on more complex issues and work closely with other teams in the IT dept such as escalations, infrastructure, and security.
How it will work:
The role will be based at the firm`s Romford office, with the expectation that you will spend a week in the Liverpool Street office every 3-4 weeks. You will work within a shift rotation between 7 am 7 pm Monday to Friday and will provide 24/7 out-of-hours support on rotation.
As IT Support Analyst you will:
Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to approx. 700 users
Configure and support hardware around the firm
Become an application superuser in order to support new starter inductions and training for users
This role will suit an existing IT Support Analyst, with 1-2 years` experience in a similar role delivering 1st and 2nd line support. You will have excellent troubleshooting skills and a good working knowledge of Windows10, Office365, and desktop/laptop imaging along with a knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange.
