Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Up to 35k DOE

An international foreign exchange company is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join the team.

The company:

Our client is a UK-based foreign exchange company with a global market presence. They are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, who ideally has 1-2 years` experience in a similar role and holds a law degree.

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and monitoring any future regulatory changes, keeping the team up to date in order to assess their impact on the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Researching rules and regulations and responding to inquiries regarding this

* Monitoring regulatory change, identifying relevant changes that will impact the business

* Assisting the wider team with implementation plans

* Building and maintaining the firm`s standard policy documentation library

* Drafting responses to regulators and clients

* Liaising with the FCA and other administrators

* Researching for internal projects when required

* Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the team

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and hold an LLB Hons or LLM. You will have excellent research, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills. As you`ll be working as part of a small team, you`ll be expected to be an excellent communicator – able to communicate well at all levels including senior management. Your technical skills will include:

* Good knowledge of FCA procedures

* Good knowledge of the UK financial regulations structure

* Good knowledge of the European financial regulations structure

* The ability to research and interpret new regulations
