Ref: 07325 | Permanent | City | £20000 - £23500 per Annum

Our client, a global insurance firm based in the heart of the City, is seeking a Receptionist to join its busy Front of House team.
Hours of work for this role are Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm
Providing wide-ranging, proactive support to the wider office, the duties of the Receptionist will include:
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Booking and setting up meeting rooms
Preparing refreshments, clearing meeting rooms, and ordering catering as needed
Arranging security passes
Booking outgoing couriers
Liaising with contractors and suppliers on a daily basis
Issuing and processing invoices and purchase orders
Ad hoc administration duties as needed
Receptionist – What we`re looking for:
Previous Reception experience is essential, as is experience of using a switchboard
Excellent client facing and communication skills
Ability to prioritise a busy workload
A ‘can do`, adaptable working style
The ability to learn new processes quickly
