Business Development Director

This progressive and ambitious Hospitality & Travel PR Agency are seeking a passionate New Business Director to join their award winning team, delivering innovative solutions and communication to the business.

Providing front line support to the business development team, you will grow the division however necessary. This varied and challenging role will encompass lead generation including new and continuing existing leads, market research, leading team and sector BD meetings, delivering pitches and managing the whole pitch process, working on campaigns from inception through to delivering, including measurement of ROI.

Other responsibilities of the New Business Director will include supporting agency marketing initiatives and training the wider team.

To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will need to possess previous experience within a marketing/business development team, ideally within a PR agency and with both larger organisations and smaller businesses.

You will have a proven track record of developing business development strategies and delivering successful tenders and proposals, as well as coordinating events and campaigns.
