HR Associate

Ref: 06807 | Permanent | London | £29500 - £33500 per Annum

Our client, a successful financial services company, is seeking an organised and reliable HR Associate to provide HR support to its UK team, as well as its international offices, on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a someone with a minimum of 2 years previous experience within a HR role, who is looking for their next career move.

Our client is based in the heart of the city and the hours of work would be 9am – 5.30pm.

The main responsibilities for the HR Associate would include:
Payroll and Data management
Supporting recruitment at all levels, including organising interviews and giving feedback
Completing inductions for new starters
Co-ordinating onboarding process, including completing background checks
Maintaining employee records
Assisting with benefit administration
Any other ad hoc HR duties
We are looking for HR Associates who:
Have a degree in Human Resources or another relevant field
Have a minimum of 2 years` experience within a HR role
Have strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport across all levels of an organisation
Are able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Work with excellent attention to detail
Have good MS Office skills and experience with HR systems
