HR Administrator

Ref: 04821 | Permanent | City | £26000 - £30000 per Annum

Our client, a leading UK professional services firm, are seeking an HR Administrator to join the busy Human Resources team in their City based office.

Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that HR administration is dealt with efficiently and effectively, duties of the Human Resources Administrator will include:

Managing the new starter process, to include drafting offer letters, processing references, coordinating inductions, and setting up probations reviews
Processing all leaver administration, as well as updating third parties such as benefits providers
Benefits and pensions administration
Coordinating trainee recruitment, to include undertaking telephone interviews, assisting with assessment days and processing exam letters
Undertaking weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
Managing the HR database, undertaking absence reporting, and checking off timesheets
A range of administrative duties including organising social events, producing salary review and promotion letters, and distributing internal communications

Human Resources Administrator – what we`re looking for:

A minimum of 2-3 years` experience within HR administration
Professional services or corporate sector experience is required
Experience of database administration and report generation
A team player who is also able to work proactively
A confident written and spoken communicator
An appreciation of the need for discretion and confidentiality
IT proficient with strong experience in Word and Excel
