Helpdesk Coordinator

Ref: 05981 | Contract | London | £25000 - £30000 per Annum

Our client, a global IT services and telecommunications provider, is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator to support on a client project, on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.

Acting as a first point of contact for the client`s customers, amongst the responsibilities of the Helpdesk Coordinator will be:

Onsite IT support for end client
Network/PC/Desktop Security configuration
Network and PC implementation work
Migration planning and execution
Concept and acceptance testing
Vendor negotiation and control
1st line troubleshooting for customers
Project and service delivery schedule management

Helpdesk Coordinator – what we`re looking for:

Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft WIN 7/10, Office/Mailer and Antivirus
Installations experience in PC Hardware, Cisco Switch/Router and WiFi products
Proven customer service experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
The ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines
