EARLY TALENT ADVISOR
One of the UK`s leading accountancy and business advisory firms is seeking an Early Talent Advisor to join the team.
As Early Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting Early Talent. Working closely with the Early Talent and People teams, you will help deliver a strategic talent attraction proposition.
As Early Talent Advisor your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the recruitment process for all those on early talent pathways (predominantly ACA and AAT) including screening applications, assessment centres and conducting HR interviews
Working with universities to promote the firms` programmes and position them as an employer of choice
Continuously developing the brand for Early Talent programmes including website content, socials and partnership activity
Supporting with D&I initiatives
Supporting the design and structure of the internship programme, and oversee industrial placements
Organising and attending Early Talent attraction events such as careers fairs, skills sessions and insight days
Overseeing the preparation and issue of appropriate contractual documentation in relation to appointments, terminations and variations of employment
As Early Talent Advisor, it is important that you maintain a strong working relationship with the wider team and in particular, support the Early Talent Advisor for Development with adhoc tasks such as inductions and other project work.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in early years recruitment
Strong organisational and presentation skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities
The ability to take ownership of their own workload and development
A knowledge or passion for D&I
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise partners on the right decisions when hiring
Desirable experience:
-Experience of working in a Partnership Firm
-CIPD accreditation
