Digital Marketing Account Director - Rich Content - Top Agency

This award-winning independent integrated/full service marketing agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Director to work on renowned financial services & professional services brands.

The successful Digital Marketing Account Director will be excited to turn the complexity of financial services & professional services clients` product offering, to create compelling content across multiple digital channels that resonates and engages consumers with the brands.

They are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Account Director who is eager to immerse themselves in the financial services clients to devise and implement creative digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.

The agency needs the Digital Marketing Account Director to demonstrate competency in the following skills & experience;

Must have cross channel digital marketing experience
Strong copywriting and content generation skills
Must have experience of videos (briefing & managing the studio)
Experience of managing WIP status reports, project timelines & budgets
Financial Services experience is ideal but not essential. However, the candidate will ideally be used to working on complex client in B2B space
Developing and implementing creative solutions to satisfy the strategic and creative requirements of client briefs. Always striving to step outside and beyond the brief.
Identifying business development opportunities amongst clients utilising skills of the team to successfully secure additional business revenue
Management of process to deliver client business ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and implement appropriate planning and control mechanisms - creative briefs, schedules and status reports - to ensure that projects are managed effectively.
Gatekeeping the overall quality of work before presenting to clients and ensuring compliance with the brand
Quality control over all aspects of creative (digital, content, video and print) output, digital, measurement dashboards and print production ensuring the highest values are executed.
Ensure production of digital and video concepts is accurately cost estimated and realistic timing plans agreed with client.
Demonstrate conceptual thinking ability by identifying key issues and developing possible solutions. Come forward with solutions, not problems.
Develop close long-term client relationships.
Experience within an agency delivering B2B content marketing, lead generation, content production and social media marketing
Good understanding of paid social processes, online listening tools, dashboards and measurement
Experience working with Social Media Manager/Strategists, Marketing Analysts and PR on integrated clients
Good understanding of digital, social, brand, design, marketing, digital, production techniques and agency systems & procedures.
