HR Data Analyst

Ref: 07226 | Contract | City | £25000 - £30000 per Annum

Our client, a global telecoms and IT services provider, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team until the end of 2021, to assist with the implementation of Ceridian HR software into this business. This role requires an ASAP start.
Amongst the responsibilities of the HR Data Analyst will be:
Data extraction of HR and payroll data from the company`s systems and supplier systems
Reviewing and inputting employee and candidate data into Ceridian and other related systems
Analysing and evaluation data reports
Preparing and delivering Ceridian presentations and training
Providing advice to departments relating to Ceridian processes
Resolving any HR and payroll data related issues
Working with the Ceridian team to undertake payroll test runs
Analyse benefits and pension contributions on the existing system and prepare for data extraction to Ceridian
HR Data Analyst – what we`re looking for:
Previous HRIS and payroll experience is essential
Experience of working with Ceridian is essential
Strong analytical and research skills
Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and databases
A proven track record of working with confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
