HR & Payroll Specialist

Ref: 07227 | Permanent | City | £30000 - £32500 per Annum

Our client, a IT service provider with an international profile, is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to join its busy team.
With Payroll as the principal accountability, you will also support with a range of HR related tasks.
Amongst the responsibilities of the HR & Payroll Specialist will be:
Payroll admin to include collating information, liaison with providers, responding to queries from staff and from HMRC, amendments relating to pay reviews and bonuses
Responsibility for year end payroll
Management of overtime payments, travel/season ticket loans, and maternity payments
Overseeing the leaver processes
Oversight of company mobile billing
Support with appraisals, performance review meetings, and grievances and disciplinaries
Assistance with internal restructures and managing data relating to staff changes
Back up for pension reporting and PSA declaration
Assisting with recruitment administration as needed.
HR & Payroll Specialist – what we`re looking for:
Previous HR and payroll experience is essential, with a strong focus on payroll within previous roles
CIPP certification, or study towards it, would be beneficial
Solid understanding of HR policies and legislation
Confident communicator at all levels with a professional and commercial approach
Proficient in the main MS Office products, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and experience of working with databases
