A TV and film production company seeks an Office & Facilities Manager to join their growing team.


May & Stephens are delighted to be partnering with a well-known TV and film production company, who are looking for an experienced Office & Facilities Manager to join their team, based in the heart of London.

About you:


As an Office & Facilities Manager, you will have experience managing multiple sites across facilities services. Taking the lead on all thing`s health and safety across all sites, you will ideally be IOSH and NEBOSH qualified.


As Office & Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:


Managing buildings and facilities across multiple sites
Ensuring all sites meet Health & Safety legislations – including fire and Covid safety
Liaising regularly and maintaining relationships with the landlords to ensure the smooth running of facilities across all sites
Managing essential business services such as maintenance, reception, cleaning, waste disposal and security – across all sites
Leading and managing a small team across all sites
Managing budgets
Reacting and responding to emergencies quickly – ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently

Skills & experience required:


At least 5 years` experience as an Office/Facilities Manager
Experienced managing multi-sites
Line management experience
IOSH/NEBOSH qualified and experience writing health & safety and fire policies
Experience negotiating supplier contracts
Maintenance management experience
