A worldwide investment manager, based in the heart of the City, are looking for a bright, proactive Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Administrator.

Working within a busy HR team you’ll be providing administrative support to a very friendly and supportive division.

Assisting with the admin processes around Recruitment, Payroll and Employee relations, your duties will include:

  • • Updating internal databases
  • • Liaising with recruitment agencies and organising interviews
  • • Diary management
  • • Formatting documents

Suitable applicants with have previous administrator experience, with a corporate industry – ideally financial services – and have an interest in HR.

There is potential for future progression in this role and it offers great exposure to the HR business area. As a firm this company like to progress from within, they have solid procedures in place and this role particular suits somebody who is detail orientated and good at following processes.
