1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst - Legal

Ref: GM/IT/01 | Temporary | London | £15.00-£22.00ph

Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a 1/2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a short-term temporary basis.

This role offers an immediate start.

Providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal stakeholders of all levels, the successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience of working in a Citrix environment
  • Active Directory User BigHand and Mimecast experience
  • Experience in working with Office 2010/2013
  • Exposure to Partner 4 Windows or other practice or document management systems
  • Proven track record in working with MaaS360 or Apple iPhone
  • Experience with Physical and Virtual Meeting Setup

To secure this assignment, you will need to have recent experience working within the Legal arena, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, and a hard working and team focused approach.
