Our client, one of the nation’s leading retailers, is seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals with experience of customer services, to support their team during one of their busy periods.
You will be dealing with orders for corporate and individual clients,and assisting them with general enquiries.
Taking and processing client’s orders, you will be receiving a high volume on inbound calls, and be required to enter all necessary information onto the company’s in-house systems. Once this has been done, you will be require generate invoices and processing orders for delivery, as well as liaising with clients via telephone and email to ensure that their experience is as efficient and problem free as possible.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our client is seeking individuals with a background in the customer service sector, and experience of taking high volumes of incoming calls, and generating and processing orders.
You will need to possess superb written and spoken communication skills, and be capable of acting on your own initiative in order to deal with client’s issues effectively.
You will use a range of in-house systems to process clients’ orders, and as such it is imperative that you are proficient in using the major I.T. packages, and can pick up new processes with ease.
