First Step into HR – City based Private Bank
The Role
A rare opportunity for an organised HR Administrative Assistant to work with this prestigious and well-known private bank based in the City.
As a HR and Administrative Assistant you will be based in a lively and sociable HR department and be responsible for maintaining the computer-based records of archived materials. You will help in the preparation of meeting rooms, ensure client statements are sent out provide reception cover when needed. Duties will also include managing absence reports and providing general assistance to the HR and Administration Officer as well as providing administrative support to the Training and Development Manager.
