THE ROLE
A highly regarded charity is seeking an In House Recruiter to join their HR/Recruitment division. This is a golden opportunity for an experienced recruiter or HR professional who enjoys the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle whilst also implementing strategies and procedures to move the business forward with the most effective employees.
You will be pivotal in building relationships with agencies and using a network of contacts and headhunting techniques to attract the most suitable candidates for this organisation. You will need to fully understand the recruitment process from conception to completion, this will include the responsibility for designing and tailoring job descriptions, organising inductions and recruitment events whilst also putting into place processes and procedures as well as adding expertise to the team.
You need to be an ideas person who thinks beyond the realms of traditional HR or candidate attraction methods to ensure that you can drive the business forward with the most desirable candidates for the vacancies.
In addition to this you will also need to have a strong Recruitment background and administrative skills to enable you to track and monitor the recruitment process and be highly organised.

We are seeking a HR or Recruitment professional who has a strong ability to network, lead a team and someone who can bring fresh and new recruitment ideas to the team.
A genuine interest in the charity sector and making a difference to society is crucial.

Our client is a high profile charitable organisation. Their London head office is situated in Central London, close to a variety of transport links and local amenities
WHAT'S ON OFFER
For this permanent opportunity a salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
